Returns

The original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon the type of product. Any open box returns must include all original packaging and materials. A 15% restocking fee may be incurred. Exceptions may apply.

Devices and Hardware

A receipt within 15 days of purchase as well as all original packaging must accompany the product. Permission to return is provided by the Service Center after testing of the computer, printer, scanner, digital camera or internal part has been completed.

Apple Products are non-returnable.

Note: Returns of custom ordered systems, demo units or clearance computers are not allowed.

Software

Download purchases of software are non returnable.

Accessories

Defective accessories and consumables can be exchanged for the same product but not refunded.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change until your order has been approved and processed by a Tech Store representative. If the price differs from the time you submitted your order, we will contact you. Most orders are processed same day except on weekends and university holidays. Late afternoon orders are normally processed the next day.

Delivery

Due to restricted access in the residence halls, we cannot deliver student on-campus orders. If you place an order that needs to be shipped off-campus, shipping will be charged based on the value of your order. If your order is time sensitive or you need rush delivery, please call us at 479-575-2483 after placing your online order.

Sales Tax

In accordance with Arkansas state law, the Tech Store is required to charge sales tax based on the shipping address. The sales tax shown at the time of purchase is an estimate based on Fayetteville tax rates. If your order ships to another county or city, you will be billed the correct taxes for your location.
